Quinta Art Collective were recently featured in a Channel 4 TV show, “A New Life in the Sun”.

One of our members, fibre artist,  Jane Rodenburg was filmed during 2020 as they followed the beginnings of her weaving workshop in the Algarve.

During the lockdown, they also began filming the formation of Quinta Art Collective. We are five artists, five women but primarily five friends.

The story culminated in our having our inaugural exhibition at Aderita Artistic Space, a wonderful gallery in the Vale do Lobo resort.

The viewing of the programme, ‘A New Life in the Sun’ was in February 2021.
